Dear Russell, It was indeed a fortuitous event in my business undertakings, when I randomly selected you and your firm from the Internet and asked you to pursue; first the leasing and then the sale of the Calhoun Ga. commercial property I had acquired in 1978.
And pursue them you did. You immediately opened negotiations with the then tenant, securing for me a favorable extended lease in less than two weeks. Armed with the newly executed lease you found and engaged a qualified prospective buyer, bringing the sale to a successful close after several surprising and difficult issues surfaced.
I won't try to list the numerous obstacles faced and overcome, almost exclusively by you, but I will say with great sincerity that without your hand of intelligence, experience, professional acumen and determination on the tiller, this transaction would have been much longer, expensive and frustrating.
I am also happy to say that I now include you as a friend, even though we've yet to meet in person.
